In these Terms, “UltraSensSkin”, “we”, “us” or “our” means ULTRASENS LT MB. “Customer”, “you” or “your” means any person accessing the Website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By accessing the Website, creating an account, linking a Steam account, adding funds, or purchasing items from UltraSensSkin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of These Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all use of the Website and all purchases made through UltraSensSkin.

1.2 UltraSensSkin is an online marketplace for buying and selling digital in-game items (“skins”) for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2). Items are delivered digitally through the Steam trading system.

1.3 These Terms apply together with our other policies, including our Trade Delivery Policy, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

1.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory legal rights where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Relationship with Valve and Steam

2.1 UltraSensSkin is an independent third-party marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Valve Corporation, Steam, or Counter-Strike 2.

2.2 Counter-Strike, CS2, Steam, and related logos and marks are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. All in-game items, names, and imagery are the property of their respective owners.

2.3 Your use of Steam is governed by Valve’s own terms, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of UltraSensSkin and Steam trading complies with those terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by Valve against your Steam account.

3. Eligibility and Customer Responsibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to place an order on the Website.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date, including your account details, contact information, and Steam trade URL.

3.3 You must not use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose, including money laundering, real-money trading in breach of platform rules, or circumventing Steam restrictions.

4. Accounts and Steam Linking

4.1 To buy or sell skins you must create a UltraSensSkin account and link your Steam account using Steam sign-in.

4.2 To receive items, you must provide a valid Steam trade URL. We validate that the trade URL belongs to your own linked Steam account before saving it.

4.3 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and Steam account secure. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.4 We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any account at our discretion, including where we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, compromised credentials, or breach of these Terms.

4.5 We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account or Steam credentials secure, except where required by law.

5. Item Information and Availability

5.1 Each listing shows the item’s name, wear (exterior), float value, pattern index where relevant, price, and image. We aim to ensure this information is accurate and drawn live from the underlying item data.

5.2 Skin prices reflect live market conditions and may change at any time before an order is placed.

5.3 Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted. A listing may become unavailable if the item is sold to another buyer first. Purchases are claimed on a first-confirmed basis; if an item is already sold, your order will be rejected and no funds will be captured.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

6.1 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected item in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 A contract between you and UltraSensSkin is formed when we accept your order and reserve the item for you. We accept your order by beginning fulfilment and sending a Steam trade offer.

6.3 We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order before acceptance where:

• the item is no longer available;
• the item, price, or description contains an error;
• your wallet balance is insufficient;
• your Steam account is unlinked, restricted, or has no valid trade URL;
• payment or wallet funds are not authorised or are reversed;
• fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or suspicious activity is suspected;
• sanctions, payment processor, or legal restrictions apply.

6.4 If we cancel an order after funds have been reserved or captured, we will refund the amount to your wallet balance, unless we are legally required to withhold it or the transaction is subject to fraud, chargeback, sanctions, or compliance review.

7. Prices, Fees, and Currencies

7.1 The Website may display prices in EUR, GBP, and USD.

7.2 The final price and any applicable service or buyer-protection fee are shown before you confirm a purchase.

7.3 Skin prices may change at any time due to live market movement. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where a clear pricing error has occurred.

7.4 We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, currency, or technical errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we may cancel it or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.

7.5 Currency conversion, bank fees, foreign transaction fees, and card issuer charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by UltraSensSkin.

8. Payment and Wallet

8.1 Purchases are paid from your UltraSensSkin wallet balance. You add funds using secure card payments (Visa, Mastercard).

8.2 Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. UltraSensSkin does not store your full card number or full card security details.

8.3 When you buy an item, the relevant amount is reserved from your balance and captured once the trade offer is confirmed, so you are covered by buyer protection on every trade.

8.4 If your payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or marked as suspicious, we may suspend, cancel, or delay your order. Full payment details are set out in our Payment Policy.

9. Delivery of Items

9.1 Skins are delivered digitally through the Steam trading system. Once payment is confirmed, our bot sends a Steam trade offer to the trade URL on your account, which you must accept to receive the item.

9.2 Delivery is usually completed within seconds but may be affected by Steam trade holds, Steam downtime, or security reviews. You can track every order under Account → My Trades.

9.3 Steam may apply a trade hold of up to 8 days where Steam Mobile Guard is not active. Such holds are imposed by Valve, not by UltraSensSkin. Full delivery details are set out in our Trade Delivery Policy.

10. Selling Items

10.1 Where the Website allows you to sell items, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of each item you list and that it is free from restrictions, holds, or disputes that would prevent transfer.

10.2 You must not list items obtained through fraud, account theft, chargebacks, or in breach of Valve’s terms. We may remove listings, cancel trades, and suspend accounts involved in such activity.

10.3 Proceeds from sales, where offered, are credited to your wallet balance and are subject to fraud and identity checks before any withdrawal.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

11.1 Because skins are digital items delivered immediately, refund and cancellation rights are limited once a trade offer has been sent or accepted. Full details are set out in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

11.2 If a trade cannot be delivered for a reason within our control, or an item is not as described, we will provide the correct item or refund your balance in full.

12. Prohibited Conduct

12.1 You must not misuse the Website. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers, systems, accounts, or data;
• interfere with Website security, operation, or availability;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools without permission;
• upload malicious code or harmful material;
• place fraudulent, false, or speculative orders, or engage in chargeback abuse;
• use stolen accounts, stolen items, or funds obtained unlawfully;
• impersonate another person;
• attempt to bypass geographic, payment, security, fraud prevention, or sanctions controls.

12.2 We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website, cancel trades, and forfeit fraudulently obtained balance where we suspect misuse, fraud, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All content on the Website, including text, layout, branding, logos, graphics, icons, and design elements, belongs to UltraSensSkin, ULTRASENS LT MB, or its licensors, except for third-party marks and in-game imagery owned by their respective rights holders.

13.2 You may use the Website only for lawful purchasing and selling purposes in accordance with these Terms.

13.3 You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, extract, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any Website content without our prior written permission.

14. Privacy and Cookies

14.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14.2 The Website uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

14.3 By using the Website, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for purposes including order fulfilment, payment processing, trade delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, account management, and service improvement.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a Consumer.

15.3 Subject to sections 15.1 and 15.2, UltraSensSkin will not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses;
• loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• loss of data or system interruption;
• loss of value of items caused by market movement;
• losses caused by Steam downtime, trade holds, Valve policy changes, or actions Valve takes against your account;
• losses caused by you providing an incorrect trade URL or an inaccessible or restricted inventory;
• losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

15.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

16. Events Outside Our Control

16.1 We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including Steam or Valve downtime, platform policy changes, network failures, cyber attacks, strikes, government action, regulatory change, sanctions, or other force majeure events.

16.2 If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to complete delivery once resolved, or refund your balance where delivery is no longer possible.

17. Sanctions, Export Controls, and Restricted Destinations

17.1 We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or block any order where required due to sanctions, financial crime controls, payment processor rules, or legal obligations.

17.2 You confirm that you are not subject to sanctions, not located in a restricted territory, and not using the Website in breach of applicable laws, sanctions, or export controls.

18. Changes to the Website and Terms

18.1 We may update the Website, item range, pricing, policies, and these Terms from time to time.

18.2 The version of the Terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law. Continued use of the Website after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms for future use.

19. Severability and Transfer of Rights

19.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

19.2 We may transfer, assign, or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms where this does not materially reduce your rights as a Consumer. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent, except where required by law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

20.2 If you are a Consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on those mandatory rights.

20.3 Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, or any other court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
